Due to the perishable nature of our trade, orders cannot be cancelled less than 3 days before delivery date.
Due to the perishable nature of our trade, we will not accept any returns, however should a customer be unhappy with any produce received we will be happy to refund the cost of said produce either to their card account or with a replacement in their next order free of charge or by deducting the required amount off their next order.
In order for us to ensure our courier is not at fault for any damage to the produce during transit we will require photographic evidence of all complaints.
Customers must report any unsatisfactory goods within 24 hours of accepting deliveries otherwise no complaints will be entertained, due to the perishable nature of the goods involved.
